TAG Aquaracer sent for service and bracelet refurb came back looking like new. My entire contact with Duncan demonstrated a professional and knowledgeable watchmaker at his best and I am incredibly pleased with the results. Duncan was also very flexible in working to tight time constraints due to my short and infrequent return trips to UK.

I dropped my Tag Heuer Monaco on a tiled floor and cracked the plexiglass case. Duncan quoted just over half what Tag Heuer has quoted to repair/replace the case and perform a refurbishment.

Thoroughly impressed with both aspects of the job. All my emails were responded to very promptly and Duncan’s knowledge and passion for timepieces was very apparent.

I almost look forward to the next time one of my watches needs Duncan’s care and attention!

1995 Tag 2000 wm 1113. The crown popped out and would not screw down. Most shops were unable to fix this issue and advised me to go back to Tag. Duncan fixed the watch for a third of the price and provided great communication and the post and packaging was to a very high standard

I recently sent in my 1990s Day Date which was running erratically and looking rather tired. Three weeks later it returned having received a full service, replacement crown and case refurbishment- it now looks and works like a brand new watch. Duncan's communication was excellent throughout and I was supplied with before/after Witchi timing results and all replaced parts. Many thanks!

1966 Rolex Date full service and polish carried out. Very happy with all aspects inc. communication, time to carry out the work, test results before and after work, price and the return of all parts renewed as confirmation (not that it was needed) Thoroughly recommended and will use Duncan's services again in the future. My Rolex Explorer 114270 has just returned from Genesis watchmaking and I couldn’t be happier. The horrible rattle has now gone having been serviced, the chipped glass was replaced and the lightly refinished bracelet looks great!! Communication and customer service was second to none, I have no hesitation in recommending Duncan to others and I will definitely be using them again. Best regards James.

Duncan has recently repaired a smashed crystal and carried out a full service on my wife's Ladies Datejust 69178. The turnaround time was very impressive and I was kept informed at every stage. The gold case and president bracelet mark easily and were looking a little tied. The watch was returned looking like new with the matt and polished finishes revitalised, not an easy thing to achieve. I would definitely recommend Genesis and will be using them for my other watches.

Duncan serviced my Omega Seamaster Co-axial. It was running very poorly beforehand, with virtually no reserve power. Now it is running as if it was new. The complete service came to £315 which included replacement parts, which is very good value for money. Excellent communication throughout and a full report including timing measurements were provided at completion. I have no hesitation in recommending Duncan for servicing this model of watch.

Duncan recently serviced my Omega Seamaster Professional Chronometer which hadn't been serviced since I bought it in 1999! The watch was gaining an hour every 24 hours but Duncan immediately identified the cause (hairspring had jumped out of position) & promptly fixed it. Duncan provided excellent communication by email on the progress of the service & details of the various timing checks they do before & after the service. I now have the watch back & it is as good as new having had a full service & bracelet/casing clean which has removed all the scratches from 18 years of daily wear. Excellent, professional & efficient service by Genesis & I totally recommend them. Just to add I won't be leaving it for another 18 years before the next service but I won't hesitate in using Genesis again.

I had my Rolex Milgauss GV serviced by Duncan. It was overdue for a service, was stopping when I took it off and losing time badly. I wear it 24/7 and it looked quite tired. After the service, it's running better than ever and looks immaculate. Duncan responded to every contact within a few hours and provided excellent communication throughout, including performance testing figures after the service. The time from initial contact to receiving my watch back was 15 days. I will definitely be sending it back for its next service.
