· Servicing Rolex Watches continuously since 1997. Back then in an Authorised Rolex Dealership.
· 1999. Passed Rolex watchmaker assessment at head office.
· 2011 / 2012. Set up Official Rolex Service Centre for postal work and began self-employment working through the Genesis Watchmaking website. This involved further assessment, workshop inspection and heavy investment in Rolex tooling.
· 2012 to the present day. Have built a national reputation with a large Rolex client base, for first-class servicing work, customer care and a flawless track record.
· September 2026. Rolex Watch Company change of policy means a postal service centre can no longer fit into their official offering.
· September 2026 Onward: Continuing to offer Rolex servicing as an independent (unauthorised) service centre. Clients can expect the same high standards of work using Rolex equipment and genuine Rolex spare parts.
We prioritise Rolex servicing and will call the watch in shortly after the booking is made. We will then need the watch for about two weeks to complete the service.
Please note we do not service Sea-Dweller, Deep-Sea, Daytona and Yacht-Master models.
